Job summary

Jovie of Bellevue, WA is seeking a dependable nanny for our 11-year-old son to start September 2026 through June 2027. The role runs Monday–Saturday, 12:00 PM–7:00 PM or 8:00 PM, with after-school transitions, transportation to activities, and homework support.

You will foster a supportive, structured routine and build a positive relationship with our child. The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of nannying, a safe driving record with a personal vehicle, and comfort with dogs.

Qualifications

2–3+ years of hands-on nannying with school-aged children.
Ability to assist with homework and SSAT-related assignments.
Strong vocabulary and math skills for academic support.
Excellent communication and leadership with a child.
Safe, reliable driver with a personal vehicle.
Comfortable with dogs and walking the family’s Corgi.
Provide consistent daily updates to Dad.

Responsibilities

Afternoons include light household tasks before arrival at ~2:40 PM and greeting after school.
Transport child to sports, SSAT courses, and activities using family calendar.
Support homework and SSAT work, especially vocabulary and math.
Prepare simple snacks/meals and get child ready for the next day.
Walk the family dog and communicate daily with Dad about the day.
