Job summary

Jovie of Bellevue, WA is seeking a dependable nanny for a school-aged boy in Bellevue. The role runs Monday–Saturday, roughly 12:00 PM to 7:00/8:00 PM, with start in September 2026 and through June 2027.

You’ll provide after-school care, transportation to activities, and homework support in a warm home with a friendly Corgi. The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of nannying, strong vocabulary and math skills, and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of hands-on nannying with school-aged children.
• Ability to assist with homework and SSAT-related assignments.
• Strong vocabulary and math skills to support academic work.
• Leadership and clear communication with both child and parents.
• Safe and reliable driver with own vehicle.
• Comfortable with dogs and walking the family’s Corgi.
• Provide daily, consistent updates to Dad.

Responsibilities

• Afternoons include light housework before child returns from school around 2:40 PM.
• Transport to sports or SSAT courses using family calendar.
• Help with homework and SSAT-related tasks at home.
• Prepare simple snacks/meals and help prepare for next day.
• Walk the family dog and maintain open parent communication.
