The role requires the ability to operate a facility vehicle safely, manage routes, and maintain vehicle readiness. Strong organization and customer service skills help you represent the organization

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of delivery/courier experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of documentation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Transports mail, packages, medical supplies, and lab specimens between facilities and departments.
• Maintains proper handling of sensitive or regulated materials per safety protocols.
• Follows delivery schedules and optimizes routes for timeliness.
• Operates a facility-owned vehicle safely and complies with driving policies.
• Performs routine vehicle inspections and notes maintenance needs.
• Maintains accurate delivery records and receipts.
• Reports delays or vehicle issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Assists in loading/unloading and securing items during transit.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
