Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of general maintenance, handyman, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with mobile devices and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Assist the engineering team with preventive maintenance activities, inspections, and routine work orders.
• Perform basic lighting maintenance and fixture replacement within scope and training.
• Perform minor plumbing and restroom repairs, including fixture adjustments and simple replacements.
• Complete general handyman work such as patching, painting, caulking, ceiling tile replacement and minor building repairs.
• Monitor and maintain stock, parts, tools, and supplies.
• Assist with maintenance or repair work performed by outside contractors.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas and mechanical spaces.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety and technical training.
• Work occasional extended hours or weekends as needed.
