Job summary

Domino is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our Albany team. You will safely deliver packages, maintain vehicle condition, and provide excellent customer service to every recipient in Albany, LA.

You’ll plan routes, complete timely deliveries, and document confirmations while upholding safety policies. The role requires a valid license, clean driving record, and proven delivery experience along with strong time management and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle class operated.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Proven delivery or commercial vehicle experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive bending, reaching, and climbing.
• Reliability and consistent punctuality.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route optimization tools (preferred).
• Experience with delivery management software or mobile apps (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicles safely and in compliance with traffic laws.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet daily schedules and customer expectations.
• Load, unload, and transport packages securely to designated locations.
• Maintain delivery documentation and obtain customer signatures or confirmations.
• Communicate professionally with customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operating condition.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
• Manage time effectively to complete all scheduled deliveries within assigned timeframes.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
