Responsibilities include cleaning, custodial tasks, basic repairs, and helping maintain showroom and common areas, with opportunities to handle minor maintenance projects and seasonal tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial, maintenance, or related role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and common hand tools.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and troubleshoot.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a clean environment.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and custodial duties throughout the dealership.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean windows; maintain floors.
• Empty trash and recycling; keep areas orderly.
• Maintain restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Assist with showroom and customer areas cleanliness.
• Perform basic building maintenance and handyman repairs.
• Replace light bulbs, air filters, ceiling tiles, etc.
• Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed.
• Maintain exterior areas and assist with seasonal maintenance.
