Job summary

Workstream is seeking an experienced Cleaner/Janitor to help maintain clean and well-organized facilities. The role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

The ideal candidate will perform floor cleaning, trash collection, restroom service, window cleaning, and basic safety checks while supporting building operations and safety policies with a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as Cleaner/Janitor.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures.
• Ability to respond quickly.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean building floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping).
• Gather and empty indoor trash.
• Clean, service and resupply restrooms.
• Clean windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces.
• Engage in building security and safety activities (checking and locking doors, checking electrical appliance).
• Move equipment, supplies, and furniture; inform managers about required repair and maintenance activities.
• Maintain tools and equipment needed for Cleaner/Janitor duties.
• Requiring supplies of the tools and equipment needed for Cleaner/Janitor duties.
• Organizing and executing spraying of fumigant and insecticides.
