Job summary

CelLink Corporation seeks a hands-on Reliability Validation & Testing Engineer to lead product reliability validation across the NPI lifecycle. This role involves designing, executing, and analyzing reliability validation testing across electrical, mechanical, thermal, and environmental domains.

The engineer will own the full validation strategy—from test planning through data analysis, failure investigation, and design feedback—ensuring products meet reliability targets before production ramp

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of reliability fundamentals (Arrhenius, Coffin-Menson, inverse power law).
• Hands-on lab-based testing experience required.
• Statistical analysis using Excel, JMP, Minitab, or Python is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop product reliability validation strategies aligned with MTBF, mission profile, and warranty life.
• Create and own DVP&R focused on reliability validation and accelerated life testing.
• Translate customer requirements into structured validation plans and test profiles.
• Execute electrical, mechanical, environmental, and thermal reliability tests; build fixtures as needed.
• Lead failure investigations from lab or field returns and drive corrective actions into design.
