Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment focused on quality, manufacturing engineering, product development, and/or product testing.
• Experience developing and managing quality and/or testing programs in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop reliability test plans (HALT, environmental tests, FMEA).
• Create a reliability testing framework replicating field life cycle.
• Conduct root cause analysis to develop corrective actions and improve reliability.
