Job summary
Torrey Holistics seeks a seasoned manufacturing maintenance technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. You will respond to failures, schedule preventive maintenance, interpret manuals and schematics, and test repairs for reliable operation.
The role emphasizes strong hydraulic/pneumatic/mechanical skills, CMMS experience, and the ability to work on CNC repair when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- AA in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, HVAC strongly preferred.
- 1–2 years of CNC repair preferred.
- Familiarity with CMMS/work order platforms such as MaintainX or FMX.
Responsibilities
- Install and service production machines and plant equipment.
- Respond quickly to unplanned equipment failures; perform scheduled maintenance.
- Diagnose faults, repair or replace components, test for reliable operation.
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
- Maintain a safe, orderly work area and support timely repairs.
