Qualifications

• Experience electrical troubleshooting from 24V to 480V.
• Basic PLC knowledge and drive troubleshooting.
• Hydraulic pump and valve repair experience.
• Mechanical maintenance with chains, belts, bearings, sprockets, rollers, shafts.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Commitment to safety procedures and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical systems ranging from 24V to 480V using a Fluke multimeter.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacement.
• Demonstrate basic PLC knowledge, including inputs/outputs and drive reset procedures.
• Repair and replace hydraulic pumps and valves.
• Perform mechanical repairs on chains, belts, sprockets, rollers, bearings, and shafts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Diagnose equipment problems and determine repair solutions.
• Work safely and follow all company safety procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance leads and team members to grow knowledge.
• Grow in technical knowledge and proficiency through hands-on maintenance work.
