Job summary

Cement Recruiter is seeking an experienced Reliability Technician to boost equipment reliability across a large cement manufacturing operation. The role focuses on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, with opportunities to apply vibration analysis, thermography, and RCM techniques.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in a related field or 10+ years in heavy industrial manufacturing, plus strong troubleshooting and data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Alternatively, 10+ years of experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical inspection and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret equipment performance data.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Provide technical support to Maintenance and Operations in continuous improvement activities.
  • Execute vibration analysis, lubrication, thermography, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs.
  • Inspect equipment and implement follow-up actions to improve reliability.
  • Collect and analyze equipment performance data.
  • Partner with the Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Manager to improve equipment performance.
  • Promote continuous improvement in maintenance practices and equipment reliability.
  • Provide backup support for Maintenance Supervisors as needed.

Job description

Opportunity for an experienced Reliability Technician to improve equipment reliability through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs at a large cement manufacturing operation.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.

  • Provide technical support to Maintenance and Operations in continuous improvement activities.

  • Execute vibration analysis, lubrication, thermography, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs.

  • Inspect equipment and implement follow-up actions to improve reliability.

  • Collect and analyze equipment performance data.

  • Partner with the Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Manager to improve equipment performance.
