Job summary

Danos in the United States seeks a Reliability Operator to evaluate the reliability of production equipment and identify maintenance needs to keep operations running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot process problems, perform safety checks, and participate in the Company Emergency Response Plan while supporting planned maintenance activities across oil & gas facilities. Strong mechanical aptitude and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years experience in oil & gas facilities.
• Educational or industry-recognized certification relevant to the field.
• Oil field experience/Military a plus.
• Able to meet all conditional job offer requirements.
• Possess good leadership and communication skills.
• High mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to utilize computer software.

Overview

The main function of a Reliability Operator is to evaluate and analyze the reliability of production equipment and identify required maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment and process problems and restore normal operating conditions to ensure continuous operations.
• Perform the routine checking of all safety equipment to ensure operability and availability of the equipment in compliance with HSE rules, regulation and procedures.
• Perform in an emergency role as defined by the Company Emergency Response Plan.
• Carry out daily housekeeping activities.
• Execute Planned Maintenance of process systems and equipment.
• Assist other trades and disciplines as required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience years working in oil & gas facilities
• Good knowledge in supporting SIMOPS management safely and in compliance to HSE policy.
• Able to perform troubleshooting and starting up WHP/CPP under various start up and shutdown scenarios with or without supervision.
• Possess good leadership, verbal and written communication skills.
• High mechanical aptitude
