Job description

As a Reliability Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems and equipment through proactive monitoring, analysis, and optimization strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular inspections, assessments, and analyses of equipment and systems to identify potential failures, defects, or inefficiencies.
  • Utilize advanced nondestructive testing techniques and tools to evaluate the integrity and performance of critical components.
  • Interpret data from various condition monitoring sources such as vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and ultrasonic testing to assess equipment health and predict potential failures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies.
  • Generate reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to optimize equipment reliability and performance.
  • Participate in root cause analysis investigations to identify underlying factors contributing to equipment failures or degradation.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of predictive maintenance programs to enhance asset reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, advancements in condition monitoring technologies, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve reliability practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance and operations teams to ensure effective implementation of reliability initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of reliability excellence by promoting proactive maintenance practices and knowledge sharing across the organization.
