Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Richmond, IN is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep heavy manufacturing equipment running. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, read schematics and mechanical drawings, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

This role covers electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic disciplines, welding and fabrication, and contributes to CI projects.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance background required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors and industrial machinery.
• Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep manufacturing equipment running through timely troubleshooting and repairs.
• Own preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Work across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic disciplines.
• Install and service motors, conveyors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, and more.
• Leverage schematics and manuals to guide diagnostics and solutions.
• Contribute to equipment installations, upgrades, and CI projects.
• Use welding/fabrication skills when needed to complete repairs.
• Operate with strict adherence to company safety practices.
• Capture accurate records of completed maintenance activities.
