Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior Consultant to lead maintenance and reliability engagements across chemical and natural resources clients. You will own workstreams, manage client relationships, and translate asset data into actionable insights for operations.

Travel up to 75% is required; you will develop teams, forecast budgets, and contribute to proposals while expanding on EAM/APM platforms such as SAP, Maximo, and AVEVA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance, reliability, and asset management in Chemicals and Natural Resources.
• 5+ years leading delivery of consulting or industry programs with measurable results.
• 2+ years of industry context in key sub-industries such as basic and petrochemicals, metals & mining, or building materials.
• 1+ years hands-on command of reliability practices: RCM, FMEA, RCA, and work management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of maintenance and reliability engagements across one or more sub-industries, owning workstreams and client relationships.
• Assess client reliability and asset management programs, define future-state improvements, and build business cases.
• Apply reliability practices in the field: RCM, criticality ranking, FMEA, RCA, and work management.
• Deploy EAM and APM solutions and connect them to measurable reliability outcomes.
• Translate asset and operational data into actionable recommendations for operations and plant leaders.
• Support origination: contribute to proposals, value propositions, and sales campaigns.
• Manage engagement financials and quality for your workstreams, including forecasting and scope.
• Lead and develop consultants and engineers on your team, driving workforce adoption.
