TAI is seeking a Reliability Engineer for our Curtis Bay facility to drive asset performance and lifecycle cost optimization. You will lead data-driven RCAs, develop proactive care plans, and improve equipment reliability in a chemical manufacturing context.

As a Reliability Engineer, you will serve as the strategic architect of asset performance at our Curtis Bay facility. This role goes beyond simple maintenance; you will be the primary driver of continuous improvement, utilizing data-driven methodologies to eliminate equipment failures and optimize lifecycle costs. By conducting deep-dive Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and developing proactive asset care plans, you will transform "bad actor" equipment into reliable assets, ensuring the long-term stability and safety of our chemical manufacturing operations.
