Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• BS degree or higher in any discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience in readiness and reliability leadership.
• Experience identifying degraders and managing obsolescence via DMSMS strategies.
• Proficiency creating critical logistics documentation (e.g. POAMs, Maintenance Plans, ECPs, Life Cycle Support Plans).
• Established financial acumen for planning, expending, and defending IPS funding.
• Ability to brief and defend degrader documentation at Reliability Control Boards.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Desired: degree in logistics or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate fleet usage data for reliability and obsolescence issues to remove head hurters from the front lines.
• Help determine viable replacements and keep the warfighter ready for action.
