Job summary

DCS Corporation in Maryland seeks a logistician with strong IPS and life cycle management experience to support Naval Aviation fleet logistics. The role focuses on reliability, obsolescence management, and readiness.

Essential duties include evaluating fleet usage data, identifying degraders, developing and defending IPS funding requests, and producing key logistics documents (POAMs, Maintenance Plans, ECPs, Life Cycle Support Plans). Must be US citizen and able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor of Science degree or higher in any discipline.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Demonstrated experience in readiness and reliability leadership.
• Experience identifying system degraders and managing obsolescence through DMSMS strategies.
• Proficiency creating critical logistics documentation (e.g. POAMs, Maintenance Plans, ECPs, Life Cycle Support Plans).
• Established financial acumen for planning, expending, and defending allocated IPS funding.
• Ability to brief and defend degrader documentation at Reliability Control Boards.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
