Job summary

You will design, develop, validate, and maintain reliability stress hardware such as BIBs, HAST boards, HTOL hardware, test fixtures, and supporting systems. Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering required; M.S. preferred.
• 2+ years in hardware development, test engineering, or reliability engineering.
• Understanding of circuit design, PCB development, and debugging.
• Lab experience with electronic test equipment and strong problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate reliability stress hardware (BIBs, HAST, HTOL).
• Support hardware used for reliability qualification and evaluation.
• Collaborate with reliability engineers and product teams on requirements.
• Assist technicians during validation, qualification, and failure analysis.
• Troubleshoot board-, system-, and lab equipment issues; work with offshore resources.
• Engage with suppliers and participate in root cause investigations.
