Job summary

Analog Devices is seeking a Reliability Hardware Engineer in Wilmington, MA to support design, validation, and maintenance of reliability stress hardware across BIBs, HTOL, and related test systems. You will work with reliability engineers, technicians, and product teams to deliver robust hardware solutions.

The ideal candidate is an early-career electrical engineer with hands-on lab skills and a desire to grow in semiconductor qualification and test system development.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required.
• 0-3 years of hardware engineering or related technical disciplines.
• Fundamental understanding of electronic circuits and debugging.
• Hands-on with common lab equipment and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, validation, and maintenance of reliability stress hardware.
• Assist in debugging hardware for reliability qualification and evaluation.
• Collaborate with reliability engineers and product teams to define requirements.
• Perform board- and system-level validation for qualification testing.
