Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Indianapolis is seeking a Reliability Field Engineer to support their Operational Readiness team. This role involves gathering and analyzing data, collaborating with manufacturers, drafting FMEA sheets, and ensuring accurate maintenance practices. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in process engineering or operational excellence.
  • Ability to perform work with frequent interruptions and distractions.
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally if required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform field walk-downs of systems and processes to collect data.
  • Collaborate with equipment manufacturers to develop parts lists.
  • Draft Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) sheets.
