Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Manager, Reliability Engineering based in San Diego, California. This role involves managing reliability staff and ensuring compliance in bio-pharmaceutical operations. You will also mentor and develop your team, oversee project metrics, and directly influence the reliability program at PCI.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant engineering experience required.
• 3 years leadership/supervisory experience.
• Understanding of plant and equipment reliability preferred.
• 7+ years cGMP experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage reliability staff and projects in bio-pharmaceutical operations.
• Oversee day-to-day reliability activities and ensure compliance.
• Mentor and develop staff consistent with PCI policy.
• Interface with and direct outside contractors.
