Job Title: Manager, Reliability Engineering
This position responsibilities are to manage reliability staff and projects in support of bio-pharmaceutical and aseptic filling operations. Represent and report reliability program metrics to executive management. Mentor and develop staff consistent with best practices and PCI policy. Administer quarterly reviews, one‑on‑one meetings, and performance appraisals.
The base salary hiring range for this position is $119,600 - $149,500 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
