Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or another STEM discipline.
• 2+ years of hardware development, hardware troubleshooting, or data analysis experience.
• 1+ years of Python or SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership and technical guidance for Hardware and EEE Parts Reliability.
• Drive Avionics EEE part reliability issues and work toward closure.
• Develop reliability tests, models, and risk assessments for mission life.
• Lead reliability test planning, methodology, and execution.
• Analyze failures from reliability testing and implement corrective actions.
• Advise designers on parts selection based on reliability and processes.
• Interface with supply chain, design engineering, and production teams.
• Coordinate failure analyses and corrective action paths.
• Model electronics design options for reliability, including materials and finishes.
• Guide HALT/HASS testing and PCB testing approaches.
• Execute hardware and component reliability test campaigns.
