Job summary

Arconic Aluminum Extrusions is seeking a Reliability Engineer to develop and implement asset reliability strategies across manufacturing operations. You will work with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to improve asset health, reduce downtime, and support long-term business objectives.

The role requires implementing preventive and predictive maintenance, leading RCFA investigations, and utilizing data-driven approaches to enhance equipment performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Bachelor of Engineering degree from an accredited institution.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve equipment availability.
• Lead RCFA investigations and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring equipment failures.
• Utilize predictive and condition-based maintenance technologies to identify equipment degradation and reduce risk of failure.
• Analyze equipment performance data, maintenance records, and reliability metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the development and optimization of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve equipment performance, reliability, and maintainability.
