Job summary

Movement Search & Delivery is seeking a Reliability Engineer in Perrysburg, OH to drive maintenance strategy and uptime. You will own preventive maintenance planning, administer the CMMS, and coordinate contractors to ensure equipment performs optimally.

In this role, you will track KPIs and coordinate with technicians and engineering to prioritize work and plan long-range maintenance activities, including shutdowns and major repairs.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, facilities, reliability, or engineering.
Hands-on CMMS/EAM experience (Maximo, L2L, or similar).
Strong Excel skills and ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, clear communication.

Responsibilities

Own preventive maintenance planning and scheduling to keep critical equipment reliable.
Administer and maintain the plant’s CMMS system for accurate work order and asset data.
Coordinate third-party contractors and facility-related projects from planning through execution.
Support long-range maintenance planning, including shutdowns, major repairs, and advance project work.
Track KPIs, downtime metrics, and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with technicians and engineering to prioritize work, identify critical spares, and align resources.
