Job summary
IKO Industries Ltd. in Texas is seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, and enhance plant reliability. You will analyze failures and implement preventive maintenance strategies in a multi-disciplinary team.
The role requires experience in PM/RCM with CMMS like Maximo, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with maintenance and operations to achieve reliable, safe manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree required, Mechanical preferred and reliability experience in process manufacturing.
- Fluent English, strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with CMMS (Maximo) and PM/RCM concepts.
- Knowledge of vibration, ultrasonic, lubrication, and thermography monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Lead training on Maximo-integrated 5-Why RCA and troubleshooting to sustain PM/RCM.
- Participate in reliability teams meetings, trainings, and external subscriptions.
- Lead reliability assessments, surveys, and benchmarking initiatives.
- Use Prodac/Maximo data to drive problem solving for value gains.
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Operations to implement PdM and Shutdown PM plans.
- Prepare FMECA/RCM analyses for asset criticality and PM optimization.
