Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experience in heavy manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead maintenance and reliability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve reliability-based maintenance programs.
• Lead PMRs and BOM development for plant equipment.
• Oversee preventive/predictive maintenance programs and W.O. system.
• Provide leadership and coaching to reliability and operations teams.
