Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• CBM certifications preferred.
• Proven experience in SAP, Excel, and other technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement Condition Based Maintenance programs.
• Monitor reliability based systems, including preventative maintenance.
• Manage predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment availability.
• Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate repetitive problems.
