Responsibilities

• Provides technical assistance/troubleshooting in resolving equipment design, operation, and maintenance problems for rotating and fixed equipment.
• Utilizes reliability tools such as reliability analytics, failure evaluations, and cost analysis to improve reliability of equipment systems.
• Writes Project Request Forms (PRFs) for reliability improvement projects, including financial justification (life cycle cost analysis) and assists in DSP development.
• Champions Management of Change (MOC) for the work scope.
• Helps establish equipment monitoring plans and control limits.
• Ensures equipment repairs meet or exceed OEM specifications.
