Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join the Mezzanine team in Valley Green, PA. The role focuses on leading mechanical simulations, testing, and data-driven analysis to advance new connectors and portfolio development.

You will perform FEA, tolerance analysis, and test plan development, collaborate across engineering, quality, and suppliers, and present results to customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Mechanical/Materials Engineering with 2–5 years of experience.
• Experience with mechanical design, FEA, tolerance analysis, and data analysis.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering tasks across mechanical, electrical, materials, systems, and testing.
• Lead component- and system-level reliability planning, testing, and analysis.
• Develop test sequences, DOE plans, and analyze results for connectors.
• Present simulation and test results to internal and external customers.
