Reliability Engineer | Fremont, MI

Salary Range: $77,000 – $117,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across the Fremont area seeking Reliability Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Usual Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis on major breakdowns and chronic issues.


• Build and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance plans.


• Run reliability studies such as FMEA and failure analysis.


• Monitor key metrics like MTBF, MTTR, and overall equipment effectiveness.


• Recommend equipment upgrades and design changes to reduce failures.


• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams on improvement projects.


• Support spare parts planning and critical asset tracking.


• Track equipment failures and downtime data to find repeat problems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.


• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
