Job summary
Kraton Corporation in Panama City, Florida, is seeking a Fixed Equipment Reliability Engineer to lead the mechanical integrity program for plant fixed equipment, including piping, tanks, vessels, heat exchangers, and relief devices.
You will drive reliability improvements, oversee staff, coordinate with Operations, Engineering and Maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and industry codes while delivering reliable outages and continuous asset performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in reliability, maintenance, repairs and/or inspection.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and drawings.
- Knowledge of ASME/API codes and CMMS systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage the fixed equipment mechanical integrity program.
- Ensure compliance with safety, reliability principles and codes.
- Lead root cause analyses to reduce risk and outages.
- Manage staff and contractors in maintenance of fixed equipment.
- Drive reliability improvements and budget for initiatives.
- Coordinate with Operations, Engineering and Maintenance.
- Develop maintenance plans, KPIs and outage planning.
