Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in maintenance or reliability engineering within industrial manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in mechanical equipment such as compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, chillers, cooling towers, piping, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Skilled in interpreting Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and machinery drawings.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations on equipment issues, developing corrective actions and monitoring their effectiveness.
• Champion and standardize preventive and predictive maintenance practices across assigned sites to enhance equipment reliability.
• Develop and update maintenance procedures and plans to optimize performance while reducing repair costs.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to identify and resolve long-term asset reliability risks.
• Analyze diverse data sources to recommend and justify life-cycle cost improvements and reliability enhancements.
