Job summary
Harsco Environmental is seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement across steel production and environmental systems. You will lead root cause analyses, develop corrective actions, and partner with operations, maintenance and engineering teams to enhance asset performance, safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 5+ years relatable engineering experience in an industrial setting.
- 5+ years of reliability, maintenance, or engineering experience in steel/heavy industrial environments.
- Experience with root cause analysis methodologies.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project management and communication skills.
- Experience with CMMS and reliability data analysis preferred.
Responsibilities
- Cross-site coordination: connect sites and share best practices across network.
- Lead root cause analyses and drive corrective actions to closure.
- Maintain reliability records, RCA docs, and PM standards.
- Develop standardized preventive maintenance strategies across sites.
