Domtar in Ashdown, Arkansas is seeking a Reliability Engineer to champion sustainable, reliable processes across operations, maintenance, and support teams. You will drive planning, preventive and predictive maintenance, RCFA, asset strategy development, and reliability enhancements to ensure production health and safety.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least three years of relevant experience, plus strong safety commitment and solid computer skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule maintenance and operations activities.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
Lead RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) processes.
Lead asset strategy development for the area.
Integrate reliability-centered maintenance and risk-based inspections.
Monitor maintenance KPIs and report on them.
Support mill ISO requirements and participate in projects.
