Job summary

Our client is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join the Reliability Department, supporting engineering and operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications include a BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering and at least five years in industrial maintenance or reliability engineering, with hands-on experience in compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, chillers, and piping

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering required.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in maintenance or reliability engineering in industrial manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical equipment (compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, chillers, piping).
  • Ability to read P&ID and machinery drawings confidently.
  • Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with reliability and operations teams to identify and resolve long-term asset issues and reliability threats.
  • Analyze data to justify life-cycle cost and reliability improvements.
  • Lead root cause analysis for major failures to prevent recurrence.
  • Support design and execution of projects to maximize reliability and operability.
  • Review and update Standard Maintenance and Operating procedures.
