Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Entry Level Maintenance and Reliability Engineer for our Knoxville, TN facility. You will support critical equipment identification, failure analysis, and the development of maintenance strategies to improve overall plant reliability.

The role offers exposure to RCM, RCA, CMMS, and FMECA, with opportunities to grow into advanced reliability work. Competitive benefits and full scope of production support provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or reliability roles, or recent graduates interested in reliability.
• Experience with RCM, RCA, CMMS and FMECA.

Responsibilities

• Identify and review critical equipment.
• Determine consequences of critical equipment failures.
• Perform failure modes analysis on critical equipment.
• Develop and refine maintenance strategies and tactics.
• Implement KPI set on critical equipment.
• Develop CBM tactics per equipment strategy.
• Use CBM data to improve maintenance strategies.
• Monitor variation in OEE and KPIs.
• Determine control limits for loss/failure analysis.
• Facilitate RCAs.
• Use RCA outcomes to update maintenance strategies.
• Submit and implement improvement projects to enhance plant reliability.
• Provide technical and problem-solving support to maintenance teams.
• Conduct critical equipment integrity/maintenance audits.
• Perform lifecycle cost and operability studies of equipment.
• Conduct reliability reviews of proposed or modified plant/equipment.
• Review critical equipment history for improvement opportunities.
• Review reliability aspects of proposals through change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate critical equipment identification and review process
• Determine critical equipment failure consequences
• Conduct failure modes analysis on critical equipment
• Develop and refine maintenance strategies and tactics

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in maintenance/reliability role preferred but recent graduates with interest in reliability heavily considered
• Experienced in RCM, RCA, CMMS, FMECA
