Job summary

Colonial Staffing Group Inc. seeks an experienced Reliability Engineer in the United States for defense programs. The role emphasizes system-level Reliability and Maintainability (R&M/RAM) with a focus on ensuring mission-critical performance.

Candidates with FMEA/FMECA, FRACAS, reliability analysis, and failure analysis experience are highly valued, and missile defense, weapon systems, flight test, range, or UAV/UAS backgrounds are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experienced Reliability Engineer with a background in system-level Reliability and Maintainability (R&M/RAM).
• Experience in FMEA/FMECA, FRACAS, reliability analysis, failure analysis or maintainability.
• Missile defense, weapon systems, flight test, range or UAV/UAS experience desirable.

Missile defense, weapon systems, flight test, range or UAV/UAS experience is highly desirable, but we're open to strong reliability engineers from other complex defense programs.
