Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Douglas, GA is seeking a PM Scheduler/Maintenance Planner to help develop reliability-based maintenance strategies and to work with the Maintenance Manager to build a capable team. The role supports preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance tasks, with hands-on responsibilities and a focus on equipment reliability.

The candidate will manage SAP/CMMS records, create and adjust PM plans, and monitor maintenance activities to ensure compliance and timely completion.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a maintenance planner or coordinator.
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance and electrical functions.
• Ability to build and use maintenance library for repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, schematics.
• Ability to write detailed repair reports and communicate verbally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment records in SAP.
• Schedule PM work orders for the next 14–28 days.
• Plan and schedule corrective work to maximize crew utilization.
• Collaborate with supervisors to improve PM plans based on performance.
• Monitor and analyze SAP part failure data for trends.
• Lead weekly maintenance scheduling meetings.
