Pinnacle is seeking a Reliability Data Analyst to join our team in advancing industrial reliability across multiple sectors. You will work with MI, RBI, RCM, and related programs to develop data-driven insights and measurable improvements for our customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering field.
• ~4+ years of experience in an industrial or reliability-focused environment.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to customer needs.
• Strong communication skills and a bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Turn incomplete operational data into clear, defensible reliability recommendations.
• Lead customer-facing reliability workstreams from ambiguity to execution.
• Identify failure trends, economic tradeoffs, and risk drivers — then decide what matters.
• Manage multiple priorities without needing step‑by‑step direction.
• Build trust with customers and internal leaders through consistent follow‑through.
• Progressively take on larger scope, harder problems, and greater ownership.
