Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Maintenance Specialist in Atlanta to lead reliability improvements, oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, and sustain asset life across the manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities include resolving production line issues, repairing equipment, maintaining maintenance records, applying FMEA, monitoring OEE, and driving continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
3+ years of equipment reliability experience preferred.
Mechanical and/or electrical experience maintaining production equipment in a continuous production environment.
Experience in ISO or documented environments.
Experience with performance management maintenance metrics for Preventative and Predictive Maintenance.
Experience with PLCs, robotics, and computer-controlled equipment; experience with maintenance planning software.

Responsibilities

Resolves day-to-day technical problems on production lines and ensures equipment compliance with procedures and specs.
Repairs and maintains production equipment to ensure reliability and compliance.
Responds to emergencies to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes.
Maintains maintenance records to identify recurring problems and inform improvements.
Prepare diagrams, drawings, charts, calculations and reports for reliability analysis and solutions.
Manage and optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs and maintenance planning processes.
