Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to improve asset reliability on our manufacturing lines. You will lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, analyze failures, and implement improvements to reduce downtime.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment reliability, managing maintenance records, and applying diagnostic technologies such as vibration and thermography to drive continuous improvement. Atlanta-based, on-site role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, minimum 3 years of equipment reliability experience.
Experience with maintaining production equipment in a continuous production environment.
Experience with ISO or documented environments.
Experience with performance management maintenance metrics for Preventative and Predictive Maintenance.

Responsibilities

Resolves day-to-day technical problems on production lines and ensures equipment compliance with procedures.
Repairs and maintains production equipment to ensure reliable operation.
Responds to emergencies to minimize disruptions.
Maintains maintenance records to identify recurring problems.
Develops diagrams, drawings, charts and reports to define reliability issues and solutions.
