• Leadership required to oversee Reliability, Mechanical, and E&I personnel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience implementing preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and optimize maintenance and reliability programs across the facility.
• Oversee CMMS performance, spare parts planning, and scheduling workflows.
• Drive asset integrity programs and reliability initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Safety to maximize uptime.
• Mentor team members in reliability and maintenance best practices.
