Job summary

POLARIS Laboratories is seeking a dedicated analyst to learn all aspects of sample analysis, interpret results, and explain data to customers. The role prioritizes accuracy, safety, and timely reporting in a laboratory setting.

You will prepare analysis reports, communicate findings to clients, and support the data analysis process with attention to detail. A STEM degree and ability to work under pressure are preferred; PPE usage is a daily requirement.

Qualifications

• Wearing of personal protective equipment as required.
• Two or more years related experience in Oil Analysis, Lubrication, Maintenance or Reliability Engineering preferred.
• STEM degree preferred.

1. 1. Purpose

      1. This position is responsible for learning all aspects of sample analysis, interpretation of results, and providing explanation of data to customers.
2. 1. Safety Requirements
      1. OSHA laws require the use of the following Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when performing work duties that have the potential of risk to your health or safety. At POLARIS Laboratories, when going through the Laboratory it is required that you wear eye protection.
      2. Team members will be trained in the proper use and care of assigned PPE. POLARIS Laboratories provides the required PPE. It is your responsibility to report defective, damaged or lost PPE, or equipment that does not fit properly, to your Manager.
      3. To ensure safety throughout the facility, all employees are required to maintain up to date HAZMAT, OSHA, RCRA, and General Laboratory Safety training as defined within the POLARIS Quality System.
