Description

Utilize advanced knowledge of informational systems principles and practices to communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement. Use engineering principles to lead and coach up to two Agile Release Trains (ART), facilitate ART events and processes, and assist teams in delivering value. Manage and optimize the flow of value through overseeing a release train, using tools such as Program and Solution Kanbans and Agile Scrum. Advocate for Agile Manifesto and Lean thinking, supporting the adoption of SAFe principles and practices. Improve value stream flow by enhancing DevOps and Release on Demand competencies, and drive Lean UX cycles within Lean Budgets. Employ problem-solving tools like Six Sigma, lean methodologies, and value stream mapping to build quality systems and eliminate waste. Take a holistic approach to analysis, focusing on how parts interrelate within larger systems to ensure economic success. Plan and manage the release of capabilities, features, or products based on prioritized roadmaps, resources, and skills. Manage Project Issue and Risk Management to minimize impact of negative events. Ensure adherence to Guardrails, foster communities of practice, and promote engineering and quality practices. Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and collaboration. Drive continuous improvement through Inspect and Adapt workshops, assessing and enhancing the agility of ART and Solution Train. Develop strong relationships to deliver business value using Business Relationship Management practices. Balance scope, schedule, and resources for projects, and implement monitoring, auditing, and quality assurance processes to maintain compliance and service quality standards.

Responsibilities

Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Computer, Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or Technology, or related fields, with 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, IT Project Manager, or related. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience is acceptable. Experience should include Agile Manifesto and Lean thinking; SAFe principles and practices; problem-solving tools like Six Sigma and lean methodologies; DevOps and Release on Demand; Release Planning Management; Business Relationship Management; Project Issue and Risk Management; Agile project management; and Process knowledge.
