Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is a cybersecurity firm focused on safeguarding sensitive missions. This onsite role requires daily commute to the Washington, DC area and an active TS/SCI clearance.

As Release Train Engineer, you will enable PI execution, coordinate ART ceremonies, coach teams in Lean‑Agile practices, and tailor SAFe to our program needs. This is a ground‑floor opportunity to architect, build, and integrate infrastructure solutions for critical federal missions.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
• Current Security+ or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6–10 years of relevant experience. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience supporting Agile software development teams in roles such as Scrum Master or project lead.
• Experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including experience briefing leadership and customer stakeholders.
• Strong time management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Release Train (ART) activities and drive Lean‑Agile practices to improve delivery flow.
• Plan and manage software and architecture release schedules.
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning and continuous exploration activities, including pre‑and post‑PI sessions.
• Coordinate cross‑team collaboration through Scrum of Scrums and other forums.
• Consolidate team PI objectives and publish program‑level objectives.
• Track feature and capability execution using metrics across Agile and DevOps teams.
• Brief customers and leadership on progress, testing, deployment status, and release readiness.
• Understand the program’s complex system architecture to assess risks and customer concerns.
• Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders in agile maturity and practices.
• Promote teamwork and alignment to PI goals.
• Escalate and manage impediments and coordinate critical dependencies.
• Provide resourcing and planning input to resolve bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with the PMO on program execution and test data needs.

The RTE facilitates ART ceremonies, coach teams in Lean‑Agile practices, and helps tailor SAFe to the organization’s needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.Ability to pass additional customer suitability screening(s) prior to start.
• Current Security+ or equivalent/higher
• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6–10 years of relevant experience. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience supporting Agile software development teams in roles such as Scrum Master or project lead.
• Experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–5 years of ServiceNow administration or configuration experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow ATFs.
• ITIL foundation knowledge or certification.
• AWS cloud certifications.

PAY RANGE:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $200,000 - $220,000. This range is a good‑faith estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. Final compensation will be based on factors including experience, education, skills, geographic location, internal equity, market data and applicable contract requirements, and may fall outside the posted range.
