You will craft test plans from real customer workflows, execute thorough testing, and document bugs with precise steps for rapid reproduction and fixes.

The role emphasizes customer fluency—understanding how real users configure and run the product, and applying this to rigorous pre-release checks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in QA, software testing in a SaaS context is preferred.
  • Ability to test from a customer perspective and identify edge cases.
  • Excellent written bug reporting and documentation skills.
  • Strong reading of specs and requirement gaps to surface issues.
  • Detail-oriented with patience to test multiple paths and flows.

Responsibilities

  • Review completed development work against defined acceptance criteria within one business day.
  • Build test plans translating real customer use cases into concrete scenarios.
  • Run functional, regression and edge-case testing before releases.
  • Test AI features for accuracy, relevance and tone.
  • Identify, document, reproduce, and report bugs with clear steps and severity.
  • Verify fixes with Engineering and ensure issues are resolved.
  • Flag areas where new functionality could disrupt existing workflows.
  • Maintain QA checklists and documentation as the product evolves.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to map key customer configurations.
  • Provide a clear read on release readiness and indicate non-readiness when needed.
