Job summary

Vinci is seeking a Release Manager & QA Engineer to safeguard reliability and drive the deployment cycle. You will own production deployments, coordinate go/no-go decisions, and orchestrate end-to-end test automation for the web platform and physics-AI inference engines.

You will collaborate with AI/ML, hardware, and software teams to ensure high-fidelity results, maintain release notes, and champion test-driven development in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software quality engineering with mastery of test plans.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into structured test logic.
• Attention to detail and risk evaluations for Go/No-Go decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the release lifecycle, managing versioning and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Bridge engineering & product to translate updates into release notes for customers.
• Architect automated test suites using Python and Playwright for web and AI/ML engines.
• Validate numerical accuracy by comparing AI results to traditional benchmarks.
